Geelong Canoe Club is a thriving paddle sports club on the banks of the Barwon River, a few minutes from Geelong.

We provide facilities to a diverse range of paddlers and groups who are integral to the future of a variety of paddling disciplines – both recreational and competition.

New paddlers are always welcome and will be introduced to the facilities and surrounding waterways.

A fleet of beginner and intermediate club-owned craft is available for introductory session participants and club members to use.

Access to training facilities, allocated craft storage, meeting rooms and change facilities are open to members year round, 7 days a week.

Synergise Health and Fitness Centre is a community focussed gym which is also on-site and available exclusively to club members to join.

Geelong Canoe Club acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our site is located, the Wadawurrung People of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging, recognising their continuing connection to land, water, culture and community.

The Geelong Canoe Club is a strong supporter of safety and inclusion in Australian sport and has adopted the National Integrity Framework, a suite of integrity policies developed by Sport Integrity Australia. Playing by the Rules' latest magazine explains everything you need to know about safety, inclusion and the framework so that we can all play our part in Playing by the Rules. · Read more
While the beautiful sands of Point Roadknight offered warm and sunny conditions for spectators, the on water conditions for paddlers who took to the water for the Paddle Victoria Ocean Paddling Point Roadknight Ocean Challenge proved a more challenging (but still awesome) experience. Well done to everyone who participated and a big thank you to volunteers who helped run this event. · Read more
